There are many ways to use social media. In fact, understanding how social media works can improve your radio station. That’s especially true when it comes to teases. In social media, the headlines lead audiences to click for content. And we can steal from social media to improve TSL (time spent listening) on the radio.

Follow my logic here.

  • Time Spent Listening is all about listening occasions.
  • Tune in occasions to radio are just like clicks to aans website or social media page, earning viewing on television or getting someone to pick up a magazine to open to an article.
  • Social Media is gaining more clicks than we are quarter hours.
  • What can we learn steal from social media to drive more TSL?
