Benchmark: Things We Got Wrong

Benchmark: Things We Got Wrong

by Tracy Johnson

Many shows can’t figure out how to say goodbye. Things We Got Wrong is a concept to show you don’t take yourself too seriously.

This is also an effective benchmark because you can promote much of the content from earlier in the day without being obvious.

Remember, a benchmark is very different than a feature. Benchmarks are subtle things you become known for. Features are things you do that build appointments.
